Details
Flat rectangular bed with a raised pillow edge at one end. Orthopaedic memory foam throughout: about 5 cm (2 in) thick where they lie, and about 13 cm (5 in) high at the pillow edge. Ribbed 100% cotton cover with a side zip, and non-slip dots underneath to keep it in place on hard floors. No electricity, no batteries.

The pillow edge takes up some of the length, so if your pet likes to sprawl or sits between sizes, size up.

Care
Open the side zip and slide the whole cover off, pillow edge included. Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water only, with a mild detergent. Air dry to avoid shrinking, then zip it back on. Don't tumble dry.
The memory foam can't be machine washed: spot clean it and let it dry fully before putting the cover back on.
Arrives vacuum-packed: unroll it, remove the plastic and give it 24–48 hours to expand fully.
Not a chew toy: supervise puppies and heavy chewers, and remove the bed if it gets damaged. Keep away from heaters and open flames.

Why it's orthopaedic
Support where joints feel it most.
On a hard floor or a thin pad, a dog's weight presses down on a few bony points: hips, elbows and shoulders. SnugNest's orthopaedic memory foam base, about 5 cm (2 in) thick, shapes around those points to spread the load, then recovers its shape when they get up. That makes it a good fit for senior dogs, dogs with stiff or sore joints, and dogs who sleep stretched out.
The pillow edge is memory foam too, about 13 cm (5 in) high, so their head and neck are supported as well. On top, the ribbed cotton cover holds a little of their own warmth, so cold tiles and wooden floors feel a long way off.

No. There's no electricity or battery. The cotton top and foam base simply hold on to your pet's own warmth, and keep them off cold floors.
Will it fit in a crate?
The flat rectangle shape suits most crates. As a rough guide, M and L suit a 24 in crate, XL a 30 in crate and XXL a 42 in crate. Compare the outer size with your crate's floor before ordering.
Is it waterproof?
